Earth, Sky, and Above: Paintings by Saundra Lamb
Saundra Lamb looks at our world and beyond in her upcoming exhibition, Earth, Sky and Above at RIVAA Gallery. Join in her travels and share her dreamlike vision of our home, planet Earth, and its place in our universe. Her exhibition runs from August 30 - September 22, 2024.
The opening reception takes place from 6-9 PM on August 31 at RIVAA Gallery, 527 Main Street, Roosevelt Island, NY. Please join us, and enjoy the exhibition at no charge.
Fall for the Arts
September 14, 2024
RIVAA and RIOC are pleased to celebrate another year of the Fall for Arts Festival on Roosevelt Island. On Saturday, September 14th, see what the 2024 group of talented artists produce as they paint outdoor murals on the Meditation Lawn. This year’s themes are “Waves of Change” and “Hidden Places.”
While you’re out, enjoy some music. There will be a jazz jam session outdoors next to the library. From 3-4 PM at RIVAA Gallery, 527 Main Street, Juilliard musicians Jimmy Shen and Jiaxun Yao will perform the following program:

We invite you to join us for this complimentary concert. If you wish to show your appreciation and support these talented artists, donations are welcome and greatly appreciated.
We are hoping for good weather, but in case of rain, all events will take place on September 15th.
